counts of Armed Robbery, class 2 felonies. Defendant faced a minimum of 7 years mandatory prison up to 42 years if he lost at trial as charged. State improved
the offer after the Dessureault (pre-trial identification) hearing revealed major inconsistencies between the accusers' accounts and defendant decided to accept
